Zoe S. Chaitoff is an associate attorney with Sasser, Cestero & Roy, P.A. where she focuses her practice exclusively on marital and family law, including dissolution of marriage actions, paternity actions, post-judgment modification and enforcement actions, premarital and postnuptial agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chaitoff practiced family law for the entirety of her career at a family law firm in Boca Raton.
She is an active member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section, the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Section, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the Broward County Women Lawyers’ Association.
Ms. Chaitoff earned her Juris Doctor with honors from Emory University School of Law. While attending Emory University School of Law, Zoe interned at Atlanta Legal Aid Society, worked as a judicial extern at the Superior Court of Fulton County and served as Managing Editor of Emory Law Journal. She was recognized as a Top Oral Advocate and received the 3L Emory Law Journal Award. Zoe received her Bachelor of Science in Management (summa cum laude) from Tulane University.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants.
